Framework agreement for on-site SEB inspections by measurement providers

Summary

Stichting Connekt is procuring up to three framework agreements for independent on-site inspections of compliance with the Clean and Emission-Free Construction (SEB) requirements across the Netherlands. The work includes reviewing project documents and equipment deployment plans, arranging inspections, carrying out one announced and one unannounced site visit per inspection, checking mobile machinery and construction logistics vehicles, conducting particle-counter tests, and reporting findings. The three lots have a combined maximum value of €1,225,000 excluding VAT: €525,000 for Lot 1 and €350,000 each for Lots 2 and 3.
