Multifunction printers and related services

Summary

Stichting Quadraten is procuring a single-lot framework agreement with one supplier for leasing multifunction printers and providing related services to its 32 primary schools and administrative office at 31 locations. The initial deployment comprises 36 machines: 25 A3 medium-volume and 11 A3 high-volume printers; A4 desktop printers may be added later. The scope includes delivery, installation, maintenance, repairs, automatic replenishment of consumables other than paper, user support, cloud-based management, fleet reporting and integration with TOPdesk. The current annual print volume is approximately 3.7 million pages, around 54% in colour. The initial term is four years from 1 August 2027, with two optional extensions of up to one year each; the estimated value for the maximum six-year term is €648,000 excluding VAT, and the framework agreement has a maximum value of €907,000 excluding VAT.
