Summary

Firda is procuring an integrated workplace hardware supply and services contract in one lot. The scope includes Windows laptops and desktops, monitors and docking stations, together with implementation, logistics, lifecycle management, warranty and repair handling, ordering tools and ongoing support; iPads, MacBooks, consumables and servers may also be ordered optionally. The current fleet is approximately 3,000 laptops, 500 desktops, 2,000 monitors and 2,000 docking stations, with about €1.75 million in estimated annual value and a framework ceiling of €15 million excluding VAT. The framework runs for 36 months from 1 April 2027, with three possible 12-month extensions, for a maximum term of 72 months.
