Engineering and consultancy services

Summary

The Dutch Police is procuring engineering and consultancy services for its real-estate portfolio under a single-lot framework agreement with three service providers. The scope includes engineering disciplines such as building physics, structural, civil, fire-safety, electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as advice on architecture, BIM, sustainability, accommodation, costs, planning, risk and technical management. The expected overall annual value is approximately €5.2 million excluding VAT; the agreements are planned to run for four years and two months.
