Stichting Curio Onderwijsgroep West-Brabant is procuring an integrated building-inspection and maintenance-planning service for its property portfolio in the Breda area. The work covers baseline condition surveys under NEN 2767 and integrated multi-year maintenance plans for approximately 168,275 m² of gross floor area, including building, electrical, mechanical, transport-related and site components; at least one further inspection and plan update is also required during the contract, which runs through 31 December 2032.
