Integrated planning and advisory services for the Groot Merwede area development in Nieuwegein

Summary

The Municipality of Nieuwegein seeks one supplier for an integrated planning and advisory framework agreement for the Groot Merwede area development. Initial assignments include an area programme, an environmental effects report and associated studies, an integrated landscape and urban design for Galecopperzoom-West, a mobility concept, and integrated programme and master planning; further urban, landscape, legal-planning, civil-engineering and environmental advice may be commissioned. The contract is not divided into lots, has a maximum value of €2,500,000 excluding VAT, and may run for up to eight years.
