Green-space maintenance and ice control

Summary

The Central Bureau for Driving Skills (CBR) is procuring nationwide indoor and outdoor green-space services and winter maintenance at its locations under one contract, with no lots and one contractor. The scope includes supplying and maintaining live and artificial indoor plants, planters and seasonal and Christmas decorations; maintaining outdoor planting, trees, flower boxes and associated paved areas; and preventive and responsive ice control, including gritting and snow and ice removal where needed. The estimated contract value is €6.1 million excluding VAT, including options, with an indicative allocation of 10% to indoor greenery, 20% to outdoor greenery and 70% to ice control. The initial term is three years, with three extension options of up to 12 months each and a maximum total term of six years.
