Engineering services for the Movable Bridges Programme

Summary

The Municipality of Utrecht is procuring engineering services under a single framework agreement awarded to two firms for an initial area of 14 electromechanically operated movable bridges. The work includes integrated structural and mechanical inspections and reassessments, technical dossiers and CE conformity documentation, design of repair or strengthening measures, and support during procurement, implementation and handover. The agreement is planned for four years, with one possible six-year extension; its expected total value is €5.8 million and its maximum value is €9.975 million.
