Replacement of multiple playground sites under a framework agreement with three contractors

Summary

The Municipality of Zuidplas is procuring the replacement and renewal of 22 playground sites, including removal of existing play equipment and safety surfacing, reuse or recycling of recovered materials, and the design, supply and installation of new play equipment, surfacing and green planting. The work will be delivered through a framework agreement with up to three contractors, with site-specific mini-competitions and no guaranteed minimum volume. The framework is initially for two years, with up to two one-year extensions, and has a maximum value of EUR 1.5 million excluding VAT. The procurement is one contract and is not divided into lots.
