Loading, transporting and processing PFAS-contaminated soil
Summary
The tender concerns one contract for loading, transporting and disposing of approximately 1,688 m³ or 2,700 tonnes of PFAS-contaminated soil from Borsele. The contractor must excavate or remove and load the soil, transport it in covered or liquid-tight vehicles, and deliver it to a legally recognised and environmentally permitted landfill or processor. The work must include traffic measures, calibrated weighing, legally required waste-flow notifications, delivery and weighing records, site and road cleaning, and completion within 30 days of the order. The contractor must work in accordance with CROW 400 and CROW 96b, provide a certified DLP or HVK/AH safety professional on site, use personnel with a valid VCA certificate or equivalent and required medical clearances, and hold a valid VIHB registration and Euro permit for the contractor and its carrier. The contractor must obtain written approval of the execution plan before starting and notify the contracting authority of the final start date at least one week in advance. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100 points. Electronic submission in Dutch is required by 22 October 2026 at 13:00, and variants are not allowed. The bid must use the price sheet and include all project and fixed costs in the unit prices.
