Summary

ProRail B.V. is procuring a single-provider exclusive framework agreement for reputation research across the Netherlands. The work includes developing and validating a reputation model, conducting nationwide surveys of relevant stakeholder groups every two years, reporting results, and providing recommendations and advice on reputation management. Additional or in-depth research may be commissioned without a guaranteed volume. The agreement runs for four years, with two optional two-year extensions, for a maximum term of eight years and a maximum value of €520,000 excluding VAT.
