Supply, implementation, management and maintenance of a Records Management Application (RMA)

Summary

The Council of State of the Netherlands (Raad van State) is procuring one integrated SaaS records management application, including supply, configuration, implementation, migration, integrations, training, ongoing management, maintenance and support. The contract includes migration from the existing Corsa system of approximately 65 GB of SQL data, 621 GB of documents and files, 756,795 documents, 444,052 files and 2,496 metadata attributes, as well as connections to SharePoint-based work and case-management environments and Microsoft Office and Outlook. The application will support the recording, management, retrieval, retention, destruction and transfer of archival information; the contract term is four years after acceptance, with three optional two-year extensions.
