Summary

VISTA college is procuring recruitment and selection services to fill permanent vacancies across its organization in the Maastricht, Parkstad and Sittard-Geleen regions, particularly hard-to-fill roles. Lot 1 covers management, leadership and project positions; Lot 2 covers advisory and staff positions. Temporary staffing, secondment and freelance placements are excluded. Two suppliers will be appointed per lot under separate framework agreements, initially for two years with one possible two-year extension; the estimated maximum values are EUR 540,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 90,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2.
