Summary

ZonMW is procuring graphic design services divided into three lots, under a framework agreement. Lot 1 covers laying out documents in an existing visual identity, such as brochures, programme booklets, flyers and PDF files. Lot 2 covers creating illustrations and animations, including visuals that support written content and animated videos. Lot 3 covers presenting complex technical information visually, for example in infographics and interactive PDFs. The estimated total value is EUR 1,000,000: EUR 250,000 for Lot 1, EUR 300,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 450,000 for Lot 3. Bidders may submit offers for, and be awarded, all three lots. The planned period for Lot 1 is 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029; for Lots 2 and 3 it is 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2028. Offers must be submitted electronically by 23 November 2026 at 16:00 and remain valid for 90 days. Precise qualification and exclusion requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
