Office moving services

Summary

The procurement is divided into four lots and covers office moves and relocations for participating public-sector organisations in the Netherlands, including storage of goods when needed. The planned framework agreement term is four years and the estimated total value is EUR 59,802,000. A bidder may submit for up to four lots but may be awarded no more than two. Evaluation considers the service-delivery process, the environment, responsible employment practices and price. Bidders must demonstrate two core competencies: at least 75 internal and external business moves prepared and completed during the previous three years, with a combined value of at least EUR 600,000 excluding VAT and the specified minimum volumes of internal and external moves; and the continuous storage of at least 800 m³ of goods for an entire year in suitable secure storage supported by a digital warehouse management system. By submitting an offer, the bidder undertakes to comply with requirements for planning and carrying out moves, storage, information security, environmental performance, social responsibility and invoicing. Requirements include VCA basic safety certification and valid conduct certificates for deployed personnel, social return worth at least 5% of the contract value, and vehicle-fleet and CO₂-reduction conditions. Offers must be submitted electronically and remain valid for 90 days.
