Corrective maintenance of mechanical wastewater pumping stations 2027–2030

Summary

The Municipality of Dalfsen is seeking one contractor under a framework agreement for corrective maintenance of its mechanical wastewater pumping stations and pump units. The work includes cleaning pumping stations, receiving and resolving second-line faults, replacing pumps and related components, carrying out BRL K14020 inspections where needed, and recording work in the SAM management software. The fault-response service must be available 24 hours a day, and a technician must arrive within two hours after a fault is reported. The work also includes informing residents, reporting on faults and inspections, removing sewage sludge and arranging traffic measures when necessary. The tender documents also specify particular cleaning, fault-repair, spare-parts and pump-supply tasks. The framework agreement is expected to start on 1 January 2027, run for two years and include two possible one-year extensions at the contracting authority’s discretion. Its estimated value over the maximum possible term is €300,000; under the tender documents, the agreement also ends if its value reaches €400,000. The contract is not divided into lots and the framework agreement will be awarded to one bidder. Price is the only award criterion. The successful bidder must allocate 2% of the invoiced contract value excluding VAT to social inclusion activities. The bid submission deadline is 16 November 2026 at 10:00.
