Management, maintenance and projects for property portfolios

Summary

NS is procuring integrated technical property management and hard services, including preventive and corrective maintenance with a 24/7/365 fault-response service, planned and replacement maintenance, alterations, sustainability and accommodation projects, advisory work, and technical site management. The properties include workshops, warehouses and grounds, and, from 1 June 2028, offices and staff accommodation. The procurement is divided into North and South lots. Applicants may seek one or both lots, but may ultimately be awarded no more than one. A 72-month framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier for each lot, with two possible 12-month extensions. The notice gives an estimated total contract value of EUR 320 million.
