Framework Agreement for Maintenance of Paved Surfaces in Dronten Municipality 2027–2031

Summary

The Municipality of Dronten is seeking one contractor under a framework agreement for major and minor maintenance, repair and construction of public paved surfaces throughout the municipality, both in its built-up areas and rural districts. The work includes, among other things, removing, laying and relaying paving stones and concrete slabs; repairing kerbs and channels; repairing connections to properties and road gullies; adjusting the levels of manholes and gullies; and cleaning permeable paving. The estimated total value is €8 million. The agreement runs until 31 December 2029 and may be extended twice for one year each, up to 31 December 2031. The award is based on the lowest hypothetical price. The bidder must demonstrate liability insurance of at least €2,000,000 per event, relevant experience through at least one reference for major maintenance of more than 25,000 m² of paved surfaces per year, and an appropriate ISO 9001 quality certificate and VCA** safety system, or equivalents. The documents conflict on the reference period: the tender guide specifies the last five years, while the reference form specifies the last three years; bidders should seek clarification from the contracting authority. The bid and required documents must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 12 November 2026 at 13:30. The bid must be unconditional and remain valid for 90 days; variants are not permitted. No tender guarantee is required.
