Maintenance and supply of air-conditioning systems for the National Air Quality Monitoring Network

Summary

The tender covers preventive and corrective maintenance of air-conditioning systems in approximately 52 air-quality monitoring cabins across the Netherlands, as well as the supply and installation of new systems when existing ones can no longer be repaired or have reached the end of their technical life. Preventive maintenance is required annually. In the event of a fault, a technician must be able to attend the site within two working days and, where possible, repair the system immediately. Replaced old systems must be removed. The number of systems may change by up to 15% during the contract. RIVM will conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for an initial two-year term starting on 13 February 2027, with two one-year extension options. The estimated value is EUR 172,000 and the maximum framework agreement value is EUR 227,000, both excluding VAT. The submission deadline is 18 November 2026 at 09:00. Bids will be assessed on the approach plan and the costs of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and the supply and installation of new systems.
