Ambulatory and residential crisis care in Drenthe from 1 April 2027
Summary
The contract covers the provision of ambulatory and residential crisis care and operation of a crisis-care coordination point for children and young people across Drenthe’s 12 municipalities. The care must be temporary and aimed at stabilising the situation: ambulatory support must start within 24 hours, with residential crisis intervention of up to 72 hours available when needed. Applications may be submitted by a provider or a collaborative structure. Applicants must provide the required evidence concerning experience, staff, quality, financial continuity and service arrangements, and confirm acceptance of the requirements. The contract runs from 1 April 2027 to 31 December 2030, with an option for the contracting authority to extend it once by up to 48 calendar months. The estimated value is EUR 39,400,000. The procedure involves selection and negotiation, and the requirements in the procurement documents also apply during contract performance.
