Summary

The procurement is for urban-planning and spatial-development consultancy for the Duran area in the municipality of Diemen. The appointed urban-planning consultancy will guide and coordinate the spatial planning of the development for approximately eight years, from 2027 until no later than the end of 2034. Tasks include participating in project and working groups and public engagement, coordinating with municipal specialists, preparing planning frameworks and a design-quality plan, preparing plot passports, and designing public space. The consultant will also review plans for the new swimming and sports centre and other development phases, and maintain a coherent spatial vision for the whole area. Bidders must offer one integrated hourly rate, capped at €160 excluding VAT; bids above the cap are invalid.
