Motor fleet insurance for Senzer

Summary

Senzer is procuring a single contract to insure its vehicle fleet: 8 passenger cars, 55 vans and 8 trailers. The requested cover includes third-party motor liability, comprehensive cover, legal assistance, passenger accident insurance and work-risk cover, as specified for each vehicle in the vehicle schedule. The deductible for third-party liability and comprehensive claims is €500 per incident for passenger cars and vans; for trailers, comprehensive claims have a €100 deductible, while third-party liability cover does not apply. Work-risk claims have a €500 deductible. Glass repairs have no deductible, while glass replacement has a €75 deductible. The policy covers damage to third parties when a vehicle is used as machinery, but underground damage is excluded. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2029, with two possible mutual extensions of 12 months each. The sole award criterion is the lowest price.
