Fire insurance for Senzer

Summary

Senzer is procuring a single, indivisible insurance contract covering its fire risk. The policy covers movable and immovable property owned by Senzer or under its responsibility, including buildings, inventory, goods, tenant improvements, work equipment, business interruption and debris-removal costs. The total insured amount is EUR 67,929,825: EUR 48,245,600 for buildings, EUR 6,515,800 for inventory, EUR 75,000 for goods, EUR 339,200 for tenant improvements, EUR 700,000 for work equipment, EUR 9,554,225 for business interruption and EUR 2,500,000 for excess debris-removal costs. The deductible is EUR 2,500 per event. The special flood sublimit is EUR 1,000,000 per event and per year. The insurance starts on 1 January 2027, with the initial term ending on 1 January 2030. It may then renew automatically for successive 36-month periods unless either party gives written notice at least 4 months before the expiry date. Bids are ranked by lowest price; for co-insurance, cover is allocated according to the shares offered until 100% coverage is reached. Bidders must state the annual premium rate, maximum participation share and whether they offer to act as lead or following insurer. The quoted gross rate must include a 20% brokerage fee. The insurer must meet the applicable authorisation requirement and declare in the European Single Procurement Document that no exclusion grounds apply. The bid, price schedule and required documents must be signed and submitted electronically in Dutch by 18 November 2026 at 12:00. The price schedule must be submitted on an unconditional basis in accordance with the tender documents. Bidders using a broker or authorised agent must also submit the relevant agent declaration.
