Summary

The procurement covers the weekly preparation and editing of digital newsletters for AWTI and VARIO. The contractor will monitor reliable sources on science, innovation, entrepreneurship and policy across different countries, select news relevant to each audience, and write neutral summaries of 50–75 words. The expected volume is about 60 newsletters per year, 30 for each council. The contract can run for up to four years: an initial two-year term with two possible one-year extensions. The work is digital; newsletters must be delivered in a structured Word document and follow set weekly Wednesday and Thursday handover deadlines. Original sources must be reliable and cited with working links. The bid must include one qualifying reference, the required signed forms and the price sheet. Quality criteria account for 800 points and price for 200; quality is assessed through a sample edition, an approach plan, and experience and suitability. For joint delivery, Tariff A is capped at EUR 1,000 per edition. If service to one council continues separately, Tariff B must be at least Tariff A and no more than 125% of it, subject to an absolute cap of EUR 1,250. The budget ceiling is EUR 120,000 per council, excluding VAT. The submission deadline is 17 November 2026 at 12:00.
