Green space maintenance in Nooitgedacht 2027–2028

Summary

The contract covers maintenance of the green spaces in Nooitgedacht from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The work includes maintaining woodland and ornamental planting, hedges, herbaceous vegetation, lawns, natural watercourse banks, and paved and semi-paved areas; controlling weeds and overgrowth; mowing and pruning; clearing leaves; and removing small and bulky litter. The scope also includes landscaping at the Rolde roundabout, traffic management, surveys of protected flora and fauna, and marking vegetation that must be preserved. The contracting authority may unilaterally extend the contract twice, for two years each time. The bid must include a properly signed European Single Procurement Document, a declaration of lawful tendering, a declaration concerning Russian involvement, a Trade Register extract no more than six months old, and completed and signed tender and pricing forms. The contract is awarded to the bidder with the lowest total tender price; zero and negative prices are not permitted. The contractor must deliver Social Return equal to 5% of the contract value excluding VAT. Detailed environmental, safety, working-hour and equipment requirements also apply, including VCA qualifications, an appropriate quality system, vehicle emissions standards and battery-powered versions of specified tools.
