ICT Hardware for Staff

Summary

The tender covers the supply of ICT hardware for the employees of Openbaar Onderwijs Zwolle en Regio, together with an ordering portal and support services. The required product groups are Windows laptops and desktops, monitors and, optionally, other accessories such as docking stations. Apple and Google devices, student devices, network infrastructure and audiovisual equipment are outside the scope. Products must be new and suitable for business use; at least two leading brands of laptops and desktops must be available. At the authority’s request, devices must be prepared for use or installed on site. A framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with three possible one-year extensions at the authority’s option, for a maximum term of five years. Estimated annual purchases are approximately €600,000, and the maximum agreement value including extensions is €4,000,000; neither figure constitutes a minimum purchase or turnover guarantee. The submission deadline is 9 November 2026 at 10:00. Bidders must submit a signed European Single Procurement Document, a Chamber of Commerce extract no more than six months old, a reference demonstrating the required experience, the price schedule and responses to the quality questions. The bidder must hold the required liability insurance. Quality carries 70 points and price 30 points in the evaluation.
