Brokerage service for external hiring

Summary

Edu-V is launching a European procurement for a brokerage service to provide external hiring support. The contract includes administrative processing, contracting, recruitment and selection, timesheet processing, invoicing and compliance activities related to external hiring. The initial term is two years with the possibility to extend up to five years in total. Bidders must demonstrate previous experience in broker services for external hiring (at least 3 FTE), financial and technical capacity, and provide references. The award will be based on an economically most advantageous tender (EMVI) framework, combining price with qualitative criteria.
