ARVODI-2025 – Framework agreement on labour market communication and job marketing

Summary

The procurement concerns an EU‑level tender for a framework agreement to supply labour market communication and job marketing services to the COA. The contract covers strategic and operational support, advice on channel usage, media buying, campaign design, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
