Independent Client Support (OCO)

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of independent client support (OCO) services for residents, carried out under a European public procurement, by the Municipality of Woerden (with Oudewater). The contractor must deliver an independent client support service that helps residents clarify their needs, find appropriate assistance, and navigate the WLZ, Wmo, Jeugdwet and Participatiewet frameworks, while safeguarding client autonomy and confidentiality.
