Supply of sustainable electricity and gas

Summary

The tender covers the supply of green electricity and gas to Enexis locations, including offices, operational buildings and stations with their own meters. The initial supply period runs from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2030, with up to five one-year extensions possible, subject to the stated conditions. Electricity must be supported by Dutch Guarantees of Origin, and the supplier will handle the relevant balancing responsibility and switching activities. The award is based on lowest price, using the price sheet for electricity peak, off-peak and Dutch Guarantee of Origin mark-ups and gas profile and telemetry mark-ups. Bids must be submitted electronically by 27 October 2026 at 17:00. The supplier must also comply with the exclusion, sanctions, reporting, invoicing and other contractual requirements in the tender documents.
