Bus transport

Summary

The tender concerns bus transport for RSG Pantarijn students and staff for one-day activities and some multi-day activities in the Netherlands and abroad. Taxi transport, rental of a nine-passenger bus without a driver, and package trips combining transport and accommodation are outside the scope. A framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with two possible 12-month extensions. The maximum total framework agreement value is EUR 995,000 excluding VAT, with an estimated annual value of approximately EUR 80,000 excluding VAT. The tender deadline is 9:00 on 26 October 2026, and submission is exclusively through TenderNed. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio: quality carries 60 points and price 40 points. The four open questions cover the booking process, availability and continuity, invoicing, and social value and sustainability. The bidder must obtain at least 30 points for the open questions; otherwise the price will not be assessed and the tender will not be eligible for award. Participation requires at least one suitable reference involving at least 35 student-transport journeys per year, Busvervoer Nederland membership, and the required ESPD and supporting evidence. Contract performance requires Euro 6 vehicles, suitably qualified Dutch-speaking drivers, VOG certificates, a central 24/7 contact point, transparent booking confirmations, and annual quality and management reporting.
