Fresh fruit delivery to workplaces

Summary

The tender covers the delivery, presentation and distribution of fresh fruit to all Rijn IJssel locations. The indicative volume is approximately 1,400 people receiving an average of 4 pieces of fruit per week, or about 5,600 pieces per week for 40 delivery weeks per year; there is no minimum purchase or turnover guarantee, and the contracting authority may choose 4, 3 or 2 pieces per employee per week. Deliveries take place twice a week and the price must include all ordinary performance costs. The contract is planned to start on 1 January 2027, initially last two years, and be extendable twice by two years, for a maximum total term of six years. The tender deadline is 26 October 2026 at 12:00. The successful bidder will be selected on the basis of written quality responses, price and a quality session for up to four shortlisted bidders, at which a representative sample package must be presented.
