Summary

Stichting Varietas is procuring a two-lot framework agreement for ICT hardware. Lot 1 covers laptops for pupils and employees, spare parts and advice; Lot 2 covers the supply, installation, connection and advice for interactive whiteboards, including dismantling and taking back old equipment. The contract serves 32 schools, approximately 700 employees and 6,000 pupils. The estimated value of the laptop lot is EUR 1,600,000 excluding VAT over five years, and the estimated value of the interactive whiteboard lot is EUR 800,000 excluding VAT over six years; there is no minimum purchase commitment.
