Framework agreement for sewer cleaning and inspection 2027–2028

Summary

The tender covers cleaning and inspection of sewers and manholes in the Steenbergen municipal area, including work plans, individual work orders, reporting, traffic management, sludge removal and ancillary works. It is a single-lot framework agreement with a fixed term from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and one possible two-year extension. The maximum value, including the extension option, is EUR 1,500,000 excluding VAT. The tender must cover the complete assignment and be submitted by 26 October 2026 at 11:00. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: price carries up to 50 points, K1 analysis and reporting 20 points, K2 sustainability 15 points, and K3 preparation and cooperation plan 15 points. Participation requires evidence of at least 15 km per year of sewer inspection and cleaning experience, the required certificates, liability insurance and properly completed and signed tender documents.
