Maintenance of sports, play and impact-absorbing surfaces

Summary

The tender covers the cleaning, replacement and replenishment of sports, play and impact-absorbing surfaces at 266 play and sports locations managed by the Municipality of Ede. The works include maintaining sand, artificial grass, rubber tiles, rubber safety surfacing, wood chips, concrete and asphalt surfaces, as well as supplying sand and dried softwood chips. The estimated total contract value is EUR 680,000 excluding VAT. The contract will run for two years, with two possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total duration of four years. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the required European Single Procurement Document, signed requirements programme and price forms, one compliant reference, and evidence of quality management through ISO 9001:2015 or an equivalent certificate. The tender must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 20 October 2026 at 09:30. During contract performance, an 11% social return obligation based on labour costs applies; failure to meet it may result in a penalty equal to twice the value of the outstanding obligation.
