Summary

The tender concerns preventive, additional preventive and corrective building maintenance for various University of Utrecht buildings at Utrecht Science Park, International Campus Utrecht and in Utrecht city centre. The work includes inspection and maintenance of pedestrian doors in fire compartments, fault repairs and call-off building maintenance. According to the contract notice, the planned contract period is 19 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with an option for the contracting authority to extend it up to eight times by one year. An annual plan is due by 1 October, a detailed plan at least four weeks before preventive maintenance starts, and reports and work orders must be submitted within the agreed period, generally immediately or within 14 calendar days. The bidder must demonstrate the required experience in daily preventive and corrective building maintenance for utility buildings, provide suitably qualified personnel and comply with VCA, safety, environmental, cybersecurity and reporting requirements. The service includes at least a 12-month warranty, electronic invoicing and the contracting authority’s purchase-order and invoicing processes through SAP systems.
