Summary

The tender concerns the supply of ICT hardware and supporting services to Leerplein055 under a framework agreement with one supplier. The scope includes Windows devices, Chromebooks, iPads, screens, laptop carts, other hardware and accessories. The supplier must provide new business-grade hardware, a digital ordering environment, device preparation, CMDB data, warranty services, second- and third-line support, and advisory services. The initial framework term is 24 months from 9 January 2027, with two one-year extension options at the contracting authority's discretion. Estimated annual expenditure is approximately EUR 370,000 and the maximum framework value including extension years is EUR 1,500,000 excluding VAT, but there is no purchase obligation or turnover guarantee. Participation requires compliant references, liability insurance, a European Single Procurement Document, a Chamber of Commerce extract, a price schedule and a quality response document of no more than five A4 pages.
