EA Electronic Key Cabinets

Summary

The tender concerns the replacement of Amsterdam UMC’s electronic key cabinets at the AMC and VUmc sites. The selected supplier must deliver, install and implement 11 digital key cabinets, provide the central software solution, migrate existing keys, users and authorisations, complete the required integrations and provide preventive and corrective maintenance. Two additional cabinets may be purchased within two years. The initial contract term is five years after handover and commissioning, with up to ten one-year extensions, for a maximum term of 15 years. The total delivery and installation is planned for the first quarter of 2027. The system must be delivered as a SaaS solution and meet extensive functional, operational, cybersecurity, privacy, integration and service requirements. Quality accounts for 70 points and price for 30 points.
