Property insurance for Ridderkerk municipality

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive property insurance for Ridderkerk municipality, covering buildings, business equipment and inventory, business interruption and special costs. The insurance is expected to start on 1 January 2027 for an initial three-year term, with mutually agreed 12-month extensions up to a total term of six years. The policy includes a deductible of EUR 2,500 per event.
