Cleaning of gully pots and pumping stations 2027–2030

Summary

The tender concerns a four-year cleaning service for street and pavement gully pots, pumping stations, wet chambers of pumping stations, stormwater overflow facilities, associated pipework and the external parts of pumps in Horst aan de Maas. The planned quantities are approximately 9,232 mini pumping stations, 64 central meter cabinets, 1,600 various sewage pumping stations, 88 stormwater overflow basins and pipelines, and 120,000 gully pots. The initial contract period is 1 January to 31 December 2027, with up to three one-year extensions. The contract is awarded on the basis of lowest price only. Bids must be submitted electronically in Dutch via TenderNed by 26 October 2026 at 12:00. Variants and electronic catalogues are not allowed, and electronic invoicing is required. The bid must cover the entire assignment and remain valid for at least three months after the submission deadline. Participation requires documented experience in gully-pot and pumping-station cleaning, including the specified minimum quantities, recent references, a quality certificate such as NEN-ISO 9001 or equivalent, and a VCA** safety certificate or equivalent. The signed European Single Procurement Document and the required bid, pricing and reference documents must be submitted.
