Waste management (Rapid Impact Contracting)

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive waste management for ROC van Twente. The contractor is expected to provide suitable collection and storage facilities, empty them on time, transport the waste and process it to a high standard, with the detailed collection plan developed by location in cooperation with the contractor. Additional collection facilities, if needed, will be supplied exclusively through the contractor and are included as an option. The contract uses a collaborative Rapid Impact Contracting model with a Workout phase followed by a Touchdown phase and a RIC MAP agreement.
