Accelerated LED conversion of Beuningen municipality’s public lighting

Summary

The tender concerns the accelerated conversion of Beuningen municipality’s public lighting to LED. The contractor must supply and install approximately 429 new lighting objects or masts, replace approximately 1,980 lighting fixtures, replace 48 lamps with retrofit LED versions, coordinate grid operator activities, remove and dispose of old materials, restore paving, communicate with residents and provide weekly reports and as-built data. The work must be completed and fully handed over by 31 December 2027, within a maximum budget of EUR 1,130,000 excluding VAT. The contract is awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. The price is adjusted by fictitious discounts for system power and execution quality. The bid must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 21 October 2026 at 10:00. Social Return of at least 5% of the contract value, or a PSO level 2 or 3 certificate, is required.
