Summary

The tender seeks one framework contractor for KempenKind to supply ICT devices and accessories, deliver them ready for use, provide advice, service, repairs, warranty handling, lifecycle support and responsible disposal. The scope covers laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, monitors and related accessories, including delivery to school locations, asset tagging, registration in the relevant management environments and zero-touch or pre-provisioning services. The framework agreement has an initial term of four years and may be extended twice by 24 months, for a maximum term of eight years. The estimated value is EUR 3,850,000 excluding VAT and the maximum framework value is EUR 5,755,000 excluding VAT. The tender must be submitted electronically by 28 October 2026 at 10:00. The contract will be awarded using the best price-quality ratio, considering partnership and advisory services, the delivery and enrollment process, added service value and price.
