Summary

Fontys Hogeschool and the Juridical University Avans-Fontys are seeking one house bank for domestic and international payments, collections, salary payments, savings and related banking services. The supplier must provide a fully automated, user-friendly digital banking platform, support the further digitalisation and optimisation of banking processes, and help minimise banking costs. The contract is planned to start on 1 April 2027 for 60 months, with two possible 24-month extensions, giving a maximum term of nine years. The estimated scope is approximately EUR 45,000 including VAT per year, excluding guarantee commission costs. Bids must be submitted by 26 October 2026 at 10:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: quality is worth 60 points and price 40 points. The supplier must meet specified requirements for financial capacity, banking experience, authorisation, credit rating, registration, information security, service availability, Dutch-language support, payment processing, integrations, cyber resilience and exit arrangements. The bid must include the European Single Procurement Document, signed references, a price schedule, a recent registry extract and responses to four quality subcriteria.
