Supply of coffee, tea and related products

Summary

Avri is seeking one supplier for coffee, tea and related products for five existing and future locations, including the headquarters in Geldermalsen, the Tiel office and four municipal recycling centres. The supply covers coffee beans for four Animo OptiBean X-13 machines, Cafitesse coffee, cocoa and milk products, tea, milk, sugar and cocoa powder. The contract is a framework agreement initially planned for one year from 1 January 2027, with up to three one-year extensions and a maximum total duration of four years. The supplier must provide a compatible, high-quality and sustainable product range, a digital ordering portal, location-based deliveries, Dutch-language support, a fixed account manager and quarterly management information. Regular orders must normally be delivered within one week and at least 95% of regular deliveries must be on time. At least two coffee blends must be offered for a post-award taste test. The taste test requires at least 66% of participants to rate the blend acceptable or higher and fewer than 20% to rate it very unpleasant. The tender is submitted digitally by 27 October 2026 at 12:00. Award is based on the best price-quality ratio: the tender price carries 65 points, service and communication 15 points, ordering 10 points and deliveries 10 points. The indicative framework value is EUR 230,000, with no guaranteed purchase volume.
