Supply, installation and maintenance of Wmo stairlifts (ISNV)

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, maintenance, management, fault handling and, where applicable, dismantling of Wmo stairlifts for the municipalities of Elburg, Ermelo, Harderwijk, Nunspeet, Oldebroek, Putten and Zeewolde. The scope concerns new stairlifts supplied from 1 January 2027; installations supplied before the contract start are excluded. One framework agreement will be concluded with a single supplier for an initial four-year period, with four possible one-year extensions, potentially lasting until 31 December 2034. Tenders must be submitted by 21 October 2026 at 17:00. Price and quality each account for 50% of the evaluation; the quality submission must address communication and cooperation, ease of use and safety, service and fault-response performance, sustainability and innovation. The bidder must meet strict technical, service, data-protection, reporting and customer-care requirements and submit all required forms and documents.
