Fleet management based on full operational leasing

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, full operational leasing and management of Gemeente Gooise Meren’s vehicle fleet through a single-service-provider model. It covers vehicles for social investigation, public-space and building management, home visits, enforcement, special enforcement officers, and general use through a reservation and car-sharing system. The supplier must provide turnkey vehicle delivery including required fit-outs and markings, maintenance, repairs, tyres, insurance, breakdown assistance, replacement vehicles, fleet administration, reservation and reporting systems, and vehicle return services. The service must support sustainability, including the objective of achieving a 100% emission-free fleet by 2030.
