Wmo assistive devices for the Liemers municipalities

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and maintenance of Wmo assistive devices for the municipalities in the Liemers region. The contractor must provide, among other things, wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, adapted bicycles, hoists and mobility and home-environment aids, together with selection, fitting, delivery, instruction, repair and maintenance services. Two framework agreements will be awarded, initially for 4 years from 1 April 2027, with an option to extend twice by 3 years. The estimated value is EUR 23,000,000 excluding VAT, while the maximum total value including extensions and expansions is EUR 34,500,000. Tenders must be submitted in Dutch through the electronic tendering platform by 4 November 2026 at 12:00. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio: quality 50% and price 50%.
