Technical materials for operational activities

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of technical and construction-related materials for the operational activities of Domeinen Roerende Zaken (DRZ). A framework agreement is planned for 24 months, with up to two possible 12-month extensions. The estimated total value is EUR 300,000 excluding VAT and the maximum value is EUR 350,000 excluding VAT. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price, provided that all requirements are met. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 17:00. The bidder must demonstrate relevant experience with supplying technical materials worth at least EUR 135,000 excluding VAT to one client during the three years preceding the submission deadline, covering at least five of the eleven specified product groups.
