Daily maintenance of play equipment and play surfaces

Summary

The Municipality of Lelystad is seeking fixed maintenance partners for the daily maintenance of municipal play facilities and play surfaces. The contract is divided into two lots, and companies may bid for one or both lots; one contractor will be appointed per lot. Lot 1 covers approximately 1,691 play facilities, including safety repairs, component replacement, cleaning, minor maintenance and urgent measures. Lot 2 covers the maintenance of sandpits and impact-absorbing play surfaces, including cleaning, replenishment and minor repairs. The estimated maximum value of both lots together is EUR 800,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement starts on 1 February 2027 for two years, with an option for two one-year extensions, ending no later than 31 January 2031. Bids must be submitted electronically by 19 October 2026 at 11:00. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio: quality 60% and price 40%. A 5% Social Return obligation applies per lot.
